Account and data deletion

Request the removal of your account and personal data at any time.

How to request deletion

Through the app
Go to Menu → Profile and request account deletion, or contact support directly through the app.

By email
Send to [email protected] with the subject "Delete my account", from your registered email, including your username.
Processed within 7 business days

Data that is deleted

Data that may be retained

For legal and regulatory requirements, transaction records may be kept in a restricted manner for up to 5 years after account deletion, for fraud prevention and tax obligations. After this period, they are permanently deleted.
