Requirements: the request must come from an IPv4 address and the IP must be configured in the IP field of the key. Otherwise, the response will be IP not allowed.

Formatting: for CPF/CNPJ send digits only (no dots/dashes); for PHONE use E.164 (+5511999999999) or digits with country+area code; EMAIL must be a valid address; EVP can be a random key (32 hex) or UUID.
